Baelskaai 12 with its distinctive outdoor swimming pools was the first completed landmark on the Oosteroever site which, as the ultimate icon, gave the neighbourhood a new lease of life and a boost to the entire area. This prominent tower building stands out for its striking contemporary architecture and two unique outdoor terrace pools on the 11th and 14th floors.
The well-known eye-catcher 'Baelskaai 12' has been awarded the prestigious Ostend Awards title of 'New Construction of the Year'
